ConneXions is based on three simple (but very challenging) foundational principles:

When these 3 core principles are put into practice, we see the following outcomes: interpersonal conflicts and drama dissolve; satisfaction increases; depression, shame and the “I can’t” attitude diminish, goals are actualized and goal-reaching becomes a virtuous cycle; individuals become reliable and consistent; and personal and professional capabilities dramatically increase.

The ConneXions Curriculum forms the core of ConneXions Coaching. ConneXions workbooks, DVDs, online courses, supplementary videos and other multimedia resources are tailored and applied to your specific circumstances, needs and goals.
What is ConneXions Coaching?
ConneXions Coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. We do this by focusing on the core principles of impeccable emotional honesty, rigorous personal responsibility, and humility. ConneXions Coaching is available for individuals as well as for businesses and corporate leadership.
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction and conflict within an individual or in relationships. In therapy, the focus is often on resolving traumas and other past issues, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the past and present in more emotionally healthy ways.
Coaching, on the other hand, supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change (personal responsibility) in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. ConneXions Coaching is future-focused. While emotional stability and healing is often a natural outcome of ConneXions Coaching, the primary focus is on teaching and/or creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one’s work and/or personal life. The emphases in a ConneXions Coaching relationship are on accountability (responsibility), action (honesty), follow-through (commitment) and change (humility).
How ConneXions Coaching Works
ConneXions Coaching begins with a personal interview (either face-to-face or by teleconference call) to assess the individual’s or business’ current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes. Subsequent coaching sessions may be conducted in person, by telephone, or through the online ConneXions Classroom (fully-featured online meetings). Between scheduled coaching sessions, the individual may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of prioritized goals. ConneXions will provide additional resources in the form of relevant books, articles, checklists, assessments or models to support the individual’s or business’ thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on the client’s needs and preferences.
How long does a coach work with an individual?
The length of a ConneXions Coaching relationship varies depending on the individual’s or team’s needs and preferences. For certain types of focused coaching, three to six months of coaching may be sufficient. For other types of coaching, it may be beneficial to work with a ConneXions Coach for a longer period. Factors that may impact the length of time include: the types of goals, the client’s level of commitment to the process, the frequency of coaching meetings and financial resources available to support coaching.
ConneXions Coaching can be a very rewarding relationship, whether long-term or short-term.
