I review what emotional safety is, how it differs from physical safety, and why it is important. Then I talk about how emotional safety relates to trust, the rights you always have as a human being, how to handle emotionally unsafe situations, strategies for establishing boundaries, safety and trust, and how to use your power of choice to change, “repent” and become emotionally safe and trustworthy for yourself and for others around you.
