Bottom Lines

Bottom lines are clearly articulated lines or boundaries that should not be crossed to access the “drug of choice”—any addictive external, substance, experience, person, behavior, etc. Bottom lines are considered as allies and protectors. Bottom lines are concrete, measurable, specific in language and behavior and most especially, bottom lines are about and for me.
