You have access to the Parenting and Masterclass courses for 6 Months. You may watch the videos as many times as you'd like within 6 months from the date of purchase.

You will not lose access to your course(s) if you stop the monthly subscription. However, you will lose access to the upcoming months courses that you did not pay for. But, you will have continual access to the months you have previously purchased.

Your subscription is dependent upon you paying a monthly fee. You can stop at the end of any month that you choose.

From date of purchase, your products typically take 7-10 business days within the United States. International shipping is subject to 1-30 business days.

Each course is self-paced. Each week will drip to you after 7 days. You can participate with the course according to how your schedule dictates. Remember . . . you have 6 months to complete the entire course.

Your Saturday Empowering Joy Membership will allow you to participate in a LIVE Saturday morning class with other Connexions members.

Only one person can access one account.

Please do not share Masterclass and Parenting classes with anyone who has not purchased their own course.

You will not be reimbursed for missed group classes. Please correspond with the group facilitator as to the cause of your absence at least 24 hours in advance.

You will need to login into your account, and click on your Avatar or profile picture in the top right of the page. Select Settings from the dropdown. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page and change the card that is currently on file

You will have access to 13 One-on-One Videos ($300 VALUE), 17 Life Q&A Videos, 6 Conference videos, and LIVE Saturday Classes.  Once you purchase the membership, you’ll receive an email with instructions to log into your new account.  You’ll find all the classes and materials in your account.

• Complete and mark all required sessions. Your certificate will follow.
• Please complete the evaluation form as it is valuable feedback for us. 
• To strengthen and reinforce your education we recommend you joining the Saturday Membership or scheduling a 1-on-1 with a trainer.

You can take a course as many times as you would like, however, when you purchase a course you have 6 months to complete it. You can watch it as many times as you would like in 6 months. After 6 months, you will need to purchase it again.

No, you do not need a membership to take a course. 

Engaging in a Saturday Membership gives you access to many more products, such as: numerous conferences, podcasts, Q&A's with Jodi and the LIVE Saturday class from 7-8am MT for $21 a month.

4. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
5. Select the Cancel button
6. Select your option when the window prompts
7. Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription at the end of the next billing cycle.
